Production Effects & Running Time
Beauty and the Beast is approximately 2.5 hours long, including a 20-minute interval. They recommend allowing enough time to travel to the theatre and arriving up to 40 minutes prior to the start of the show. This production contains theatrical smoke, fog effects, gunshots, violence and strobe lighting.

Age Recommendation
Beauty and the Beast is suitable for a general audience. As it is a full-length musical, it is recommended for ages 6 and up. Infants under the age of 2 are permitted free of charge provided they do not occupy a seat and you obtain a complimentary babes-in-arms ticket on the day of the performance.

Event Tickets
Included in your Beauty and the Beast Musical Experience are two tickets (these are premium adult tickets located in The Stalls) to your selected date. Show times vary between 18:30, 19:00 and 19:30 depending on which day of the week you have selected so please be sure to check your confirmation email and ticket details to ensure you leave enough time to get to the show.

Voluntary Changes

Name Changes Due To Passenger Error
If the incorrect name has been advised to TripADeal, charges of $100 AUD per booking + any additional charges applied by the airline/cruise company/accommodation/other travel providers.

Covid-19 Booking Policy
• TripADeal Experience packages are non-refundable. If your stay is unable to proceed due to Covid-19-related travel restrictions, prior to the final confirmation date listed above, TripADeal will provide you with a free date change. Future dates may be limited and subject to availability.
• If your stay is affected by Covid-19 related travel restrictions after the confirmation date stated above, you will be issued a TripADeal open credit for the full amount.

Supplier Fees
In the event the Travel Offer you have purchased is unable to proceed, and/or a travel Supplier is unable to fulfil the Travel Offer due to external circumstances (Limitation of Liability e.g. a Force Majeure event), there may be a fee or amount of money that is withheld by our Suppliers and is unrecoverable. This may be due to non-refundable airline tickets, cancellation penalties with cruise cabins or unrecoverable payments with our land/accommodation partners. TripADeal has committed to these costs as your Agent and will endeavour to recover all funds committed and/or paid for your Travel Offer, but this may not be possible in all circumstances. If refunds are not available from Suppliers, we will endeavour to obtain a travel credit on the best terms available and communicate these outcomes to you. In the event, TripADeal is unable to obtain a refund or travel service credit, or part thereof, this cost is passed on to the customer as a Supplier Fee. This fee is not revenue-raising and is paid to or withheld by our suppliers when recovering payments.
